Database Connection Error

Description

Users are reporting intermittent issues with connecting to the database. We need to investigate and resolve this as it's impacting critical functionality.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Attempt to log in to the application.
  2. Notice that sometimes the login fails with a database connection error.

Expected Behavior

The application should consistently connect to the database without any errors.
